Middle leaders in schools lead teams, teach classes, and navigate the space between senior leadership and the classroom. Much of this work is complex, often invisible, and rarely captured in a position description. Yet, it's not often the focus of professional conversation.
Hear from Francesca Hayes in a pre-recorded interview as she explores what it really means to lead from the middle in 2026. Fran is an experienced educational leader with a Master's in Educational Leadership who is passionate about culturally responsive practice, student voice, and the purposeful integration of Generative AI. She brings the perspective of someone doing this work right now.
