ACEL NSW: Branch Coaching Conference
ACEL NSW Branch is excited to present a full-day, face-to-face professional learning Coaching Conference, dedicated to honouring and elevating the quality educational leadership demonstrated by teachers and school leaders. This innovative conference addresses the challenges of leading a learning culture and promotes coaching as a personalised, high-quality professional learning process accessible to all staff.
Experienced coaches will share their passion and expertise, accumulated over decades in the education sector, combining research, theory, and practical application. Throughout the day, presenters will provide insights and solutions to help participants foster a coaching culture within their own contexts. The conference will kick off with keynote presentations, followed by a selection of workshops covering topics such as ‘Shifting Conversations’, Solutions Focused Coaching Tools’, ‘Instructional Coaching’ and Coaching Across Middle and Senior Leadership’. These sessions are crafted to add knowledge, skills, and real stories to your coaching toolkit. Participants will leave with actionable strategies for building a coaching culture, practical tools for reflective practice, and expanded networks to support ongoing professional growth. The day concludes with opportunities for reflective practice, further learning opportunities and networking, making this event a perfect chance to enhance your leadership skills, influence positive change, and collaborate with peers.
