Session Title: Finding Your Champion – Building Co-Agency and Professional Belonging Speaker: Tami Creasey, Head of Professional Practice, Varsity College Session Description: Middle leadership is complex, relational work, and no leader thrives alone. We all need champions; the people who advocate for us, challenge our thinking, open doors, and stand beside us when leadership becomes demanding. In this engaging session, educator and leadership coach Tami Creasey explores what champion relationships look like in practice, why they matter, and how middle leaders can intentionally build their own network of support. Drawing on her experience in pedagogy, coaching, and teacher development, Tami will guide participants through the Finding Your Champion framework, inviting reflection and purposeful conversation. Participants will leave with fresh insight, new connections, and greater clarity about the people who help them lead with confidence and purpose.
