Participants will explore the "double bind" in leadership, adopting a "both/and" mindset—being assertive yet empathetic, strategic yet flexible, confident yet humble. Through reflective exercises, real-world scenarios, and candid discussions, this session equips leaders with tools to bring their whole selves to their roles.
Drawing on her experiences in balancing motherhood and leadership, Meagan highlights resilience and personal growth in leadership.
